How much does belief weigh? The more belief I have, the more my brain can imagine. Belief makes my brain stronger. For instance, last October I finished a half-marathon. I knew I could do it. I also knew I couldn’t do the marathon. For the record, I walked the race, finishing 13.1 miles in three and a half hours. Walking my dog Sunday evening, I contemplated the marathon. Since October people have asked me if I’m doing the full race this year and I’ve consistently said no. My reason: training takes too much time. I have a great training plan courtesy of http://www.thewalkingsite.com.  The long walk is on Saturday and the training varies by day – cross-training, speed work, strengthening, and even a rest day.

The only reason I could think of supporting the half-marathon again this year was the ability to improve my results. By the time I walked around the corner to my house, I knew I’d register for the full race. Because I knew I could do it. How?

Lately, I’ve convinced myself of a few new things. I began the e84 challenge with a goal to reduce my weight by 20 pounds in twelve weeks (84 days). After three weeks, it’s been eight pounds. Nearly a full clothing size, too, as I’m wearing clothes that I couldn’t wear eight pounds, er, three weeks ago. Now, looking back, I realize I didn’t really believe it would happen. I’ve wanted to get rid of this extra weight for several years now. But my desire didn’t translate into any results, and as time went on, I stopped believing anything would change. Enter evolv™ products. I threw status quo out the window.

The way I see it, I’ll be at my ideal weight for the marathon. In fact, I’ll likely be setting a new goal for myself because the twenty pounds will be left in the dust. I haven’t yet mentioned the ExerSciz™ program I created. It’s part of the e84 challenge, too. So in addition to the miles I’ll be logging as I train, I’ll be leaner and stronger all over. My personalized program includes arms, legs, core, back, flexibility, and cardio. I’m definitely stronger going into my training this year.

Belief weighs eight pounds. That’s how much it took for me to convince myself that I’m really capable of making a change.

I challenge you to give it a shot. Maybe you’re not much for contests or competitions – that’s okay! Just do it for yourself. I’ll be happy to talk to you about my experience – contact me at 616-450-8531.   Or contact Joe Manzanares – he had more faith in me than I did when he asked if I wanted to try the e84 challenge:  www.drinkevolvtoday.com or 303-923-8061.

You can do your own e84 challenge, have the chance to win $10,000 in prizes or at least get your products free.

  1. You stated that your desirer didn’t translate into results, and as time went on you lost your belief. This is what happens with so many people in all areas of their lives. With out a definite action plan, with goals written down and a means to measure them one can not have belief. So no action can be taken. Once you have a detailed to do list. This will represent direction. This will get rid of doubt. You need to have written goals to give you an internal subconscious direction. Then you can take the action you desire.
